As the owner of SIS Events and Services LLC, Cierra has curated and executed over 150 events across Arizona with a reputation for excellence and precision. Her passion for leadership and collaboration shines through in every BOSSIS program, ensuring clients achieve lasting success.
Dr. Minina Johnson, PMP, CSM
Dr. Minina Johnson is a trailblazing Project Management Executive with 20 years of experience in aerospace, defense, and technology sectors. She is the CEO of Greater Ambitions LLC, a life and business strategy consultancy, and a certified PMP, CSM, and SAFe 6 Agilist.
Dr. Johnson’s leadership is defined by her strategic vision, innovative thinking, and commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion. Through BOSSIS, she combines her expertise in project management and leadership development to help clients navigate challenges and unlock their potential.
